I understand A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation has the right to deny any application and that my application has not been approved until I receive written verification from A.R.F. that my application has been approved to move forward to the next step.

Generally our volunteers should be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Exceptions may be made by an Officer of A.R.F. I recognize and understand that all animals are inherently unpredictable and may become aggressive with or without provocation. I understand that any bites or injuries caused by an animal are to be reported immediately to an A.R.F. Officer. By submitting this application, I hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive and release A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation and/or its representatives from any and all claims which may accrue me, my heirs, guardians, administrators, executors, or assignees, including my attorney fees and court costs arising out of, or in connection with, being a volunteer. I also grant permission to A.R.F. and its authorized agents to use my name, image, and any other recorded participation.
