Meet Crosby and Bubbles (bonded pair)

Bubbles and Crosby are a bonded pair of super affectionate, inquisitive, people loving cats. These two are definitely NOT wallflowers. They are outgoing and confident, and want to be involved in all the family activities. They are right there to watch when you are doing household chores like washing dishes or vacuuming, and when visitors come over, they rush to greet them. This pair will bring double the fun and double the companionship. At lap time, if there's not room for two on your lap, one will sit on your lap while the other snuggles up next to you for chin and cheek rubs. Crosby loves being held and carried, and both will often burrow their heads into your arms. As a bonded pair (it is truly heartwarming to see how much they love each other) they need to be adopted together to the same home.

Crosby is a handsome brown tabby with lots of black stripes and spots. He's a happy go lucky, charismatic charmer who loves carrying his mouse toy around, and is excited for any toy with catnip. He is chatty when he does his exploring, and makes the cutest meows and trills, almost as if he's inviting everyone to come investigate along with him. He likes to stay close to his humans.

Bubbles is a gorgeous, gentle, brown tabby with black stripes and lots of white, and she has the most beautiful, expressive eyes. She loves making biscuits in her cat bed, enjoys her ball tower toy, and is a huge fan or any wand toy. Another favorite pastime of hers is laying in the sunshine near a sunny window. Bubbles can tell when her foster is going to play bird videos on TV, and she will eagerly hop up onto her spot on the coffee table in anticipation of seeing the birds.

When not following their humans around, they enjoy looking out the window to watch the birds, squirrels, and neighbors. As a pair, they enjoy exploring  and playing together, and when all the adventures are done, they will often snuggle together for naptime. They are an easy going, well adjusted pair that enjoy hanging out with their humans, and they will come to greet you and rub against your legs when you enter the room. They are looking for a kind and caring pet parent(s) who will provide lots of attention and love.

While Bubbles and Crosby haven't met any children yet, they would probably be fine in a household with gentle school age children. They need to be in a home without other cats. Unsure if they would be comfortable in a home with a dog, as they haven't been around dogs at their foster home. They would possibly be OK with a mellow, lower energy dog.

Crosby and Bubbles are microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, and litter box trained.

Their combined adoption fee is $270 ($135x2).  If you are interested in meeting them, please fill out our Online Application today! Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.

We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.

A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals.  The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.

If you’re invited to meet an animal:

  • Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
  • All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.

Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
