Meet BeBe
Meet BeBe, a seasoned senior Labrador Retriever mix living her best life. This little girl is about 50 lbs and approximately 10 years young (but you should never ask a lady her age). BeBe knows that seniors are often overlooked but she’s glad you are here and still reading! Her adoption fee is $300 and we would love to tell you a little more about this perfect pup.
BeBe rocks a few lumps and bumps like badges of honor. She's got a knack for personal space and politely tells her foster brothers, "Paws off the fluff!" But don't let her dignified demeanor fool you—this girl follows her foster mom and dad like a furry shadow and she thinks cats are boring. With a little help from daily “comfort capsules,” BeBe loves being outside and struts her stuff with graceful trots around the yard and leisurely 30-minute strolls through the neighborhood.
Appetite? Legendary. Bloodwork? Healthier than a marathon-runner. Smile? Stunning after a much-needed dental. Tail? Missing….from a crazy game of hide-and-seek, and we are still looking for it.
Her retirement plan? Snuggling up next to YOU every day and catching up on beauty sleep between meals. She would love a mom or dad to take her for walks and spend time with her in the yard whenever possible. And don’t bother buying a crate for this lady because she wouldn’t dare have an accident in the house, and she’d rather sleep for hours and hours over chewing on anything she shouldn’t. Who wouldn't want to share their space with this dignified lady? BeBe is even great with cats, dogs, kids, and all of the adults that she's met! She's truly a lover. Adopt BeBe, and you'll gain a loyal companion who proves that age is just a number —especially when you've got treats, a leash, and nap spots aplenty!
BeBe is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, housebroken, and spayed. Bebe’s future family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing. A meeting will not be scheduled until you have an approved application, so if you are interested in adopting this dog, fill out an Online Application today! Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.
We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.
A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals. The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.
If you’re invited to meet an animal:
- Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
- All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.
Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
