Meet Millie (Front declaw)
At 7 years old, Millie never imagined she'd have to start her life over again. Millie was surrendered through no fault of her own. She's understandably scared and still trying to make sense of all the changes around her. Being front declawed also makes her especially vulnerable, as she no longer has one of her natural ways to defend herself. What Millie needs most is someone who understands that trust takes time and that sometimes, the greatest act of love is simply giving a cat the space to feel safe.
At 7 years young, Millie deserves a peaceful home where she can finally settle in and feel secure. Her ideal family would be patient, gentle, and understanding, with no dogs or children. While her compatibility with other cats is unknown, we believe she would do best as the only pet, where she can receive all the love and attention she deserves.
Millie isn't asking for much. Just a quiet place to rest, a kind heart willing to give her a chance, and someone who won't give up on her simply because she's scared. She has already lost the home she once knew. Let's make sure her next one is forever.
Millie is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, and litter box trained. Millie’s adoption fee is $300. If you are interested in meeting her, please fill out our Online Application today! Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.
We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.
A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals. The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.
If you’re invited to meet an animal:
- Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
- All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.
Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
