Meet Mr. Cool

Mr. Cool is a big, handsome boy with an even bigger heart! Despite his effortlessly cool name, he’s really a total sweetheart who loves being close to his people. Once he gets comfortable with you, expect plenty of affection, snuggles, and a furry shadow following you around the house.

This affectionate guy loves attention and being held, making him a great match for someone looking for a cat who truly wants to be part of the family. Whether he’s hanging out by your side, soaking up pets, or settling in for some cuddle time, Mr. Cool is happiest when he’s near his favorite humans.

Mr. Cool would prefer to be the only cat in his forever home, which just means he gets to save all of his love and personality for you! His compatibility with dogs is currently unknown.

If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion with plenty of personality who will happily become your new best friend, Mr. Cool may be the perfect addition to your home. Come visit him at PetSmart Naperville – 111th and see if this lovable guy is the one you’ve been waiting for!

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.

We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.

A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals.  The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.

If you’re invited to meet an animal:

  • Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
  • All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.

Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
