Meet Henri

Meet Henri
Henri is a tiny bundle of love who will absolutely steal your heart. This little guy is beyond adorable and lives for his favorite moment of the day—when you come home. He gets so excited to see his people that his whole body wiggles with happiness, and it’s honestly the cutest thing ever.
Henri loves kisses, cuddles, and especially being held like a baby. He’s a total snuggle bug who thrives on affection and being close to his humans. And one more very important thing to know about him: Henri LOVES food—treats, meals, snacks… if you have it, he’s interested.
Because he has some vision difficulties, he can occasionally bump into things, but he navigates life well with a little guidance and consistency.
He does best when taken outside frequently for potty breaks, and he’ll need help being carried down stairs. Henri also has allergies and takes Apoquel daily, which he will need to stay on long-term to keep him comfortable and healthy.
Henri is sweet, loving, and full of personality—he’s truly a special little dog who will bring so much joy to the lucky person or family who welcomes him home.
Henri is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, housebroken with regular trips out, and neutered. This dog's family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing. A meeting will not be scheduled until you have an approved application, so if you are interested in adopting this dog, fill out an Online Application today! Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.
We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.
A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals. The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.
If you’re invited to meet an animal:
- Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
- All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.
Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
