Meet Toto & Whimsy (bonded pair)
Meet Toto & Whimsy — An Adorable, Energetic Sibling Duo!
At just 5 months old, Toto and Whimsy are a delightful bonded brother–sister pair who will fill your home with joy, laughter, and nonstop kitten fun.
Toto
Toto is a stunning black “jaguar kitty” with sleek fur and bright, expressive eyes. He’s a powerhouse of energy — incredibly playful, always on the move, and able to jump impressively high. Watching Toto is like watching a tiny parkour athlete in action! Whether he’s chasing toys, scaling cat trees, or springing into a graceful leap, Toto brings excitement and entertainment wherever he goes.
Whimsy
Whimsy is a beautiful tortoiseshell girl whose name suits her perfectly. She’s full of charm, mischief, and heart-melting silliness. Her whimsical antics will have you laughing out loud, whether she’s batting at shadows, pouncing at imaginary foes, or wiggling into the coziest hideaway she can find. She’s playful, sweet, and absolutely irresistible.
A Bond Like No Other
These two siblings adore each other. They play together, chase each other, nap in a cuddly pile, and offer comfort and company to one another. They’re also wonderfully affectionate with their humans — leaning in for pets, curling up nearby, and sharing their purrs generously.
Toto and Whimsy are looking for a loving forever home where they can stay together and continue being the joyful, entertaining, affectionate pair they are. If you’re searching for two kittens who will make your days brighter and your heart fuller, these siblings are the perfect match.
Both cats are microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and litter box trained.
Their combined adoption fee is $270 ($135x2). Please note A.R.F. does not approve applications for any kitten under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL.
If you are interested in meeting Toto & Whimsy, please fill out our online kitten adoption application at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ today!
Once your application has been approved, an A.R.F. volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.
We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.
A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit all of our animals. The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.
If you’re invited to meet an animal:
- Plan to arrive early, as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
- All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.
Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
