Meet Chloe

Chloe is a 7 month old female Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who weighs in at just under 20 pounds.  This dog's adoption fee is $1050.  If you are still interested, please read more below.

Chloe

is all of what makes Cavalier’s as popular as they are. Good natured, friendly and good with kids, dogs and cats. She is one of the most affectionate dogs you could ever hope to meet. She absolutely adores being outside. She will stay out in the yard for hours (or until her foster human finishes yard work and makes Chloe go inside as well). Her favorite thing to do in the yard, after running a few laps and playing with her foster's dogs, is to find a stick and gnaw on it while laying in the sun.

She is doing well with her housebreaking—though sometimes she will go outside with her fellow foster dogs and get so involved in trying to convince the others to play with her that she will forget to go potty as well. Not unlike the behavior of young human toddlers. Chloe is very food motivated and will do almost anything for a treat. She does have bougie taste in treats and has the expectation that her new family give her treats she has become accustomed to... Other than bougie treats, her ideal home will have lots of activity whether from a busy and active family with kids or a home that has lots of visitors. She loves people! After that, her wish list includes another dog to play and go for walks with and isn’t adverse to a cat who might like to play or snuggle with her.

Chloe is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations and spayed.  This dog's family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing.  A meeting will not be scheduled until you have an approved application, so if you are interested in adopting this dog, fill out an Online Application today!  Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting.

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.

We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.

A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit our animals.  The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.

If you’re invited to meet an animal:

  • Plan to arrive on time (or early), as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
  • All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.

Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
