Meet Grady

Hi! My name is Grady. About 6 months ago, I was a scared outdoor kitty who was struggling to survive in the wild. This really kind family had been putting food out for me and they knew that I was super sweet because I would do figure-eights around their legs and purr when they pet me. This family contacted ARF and worked with the rescue to place me in a foster home. Even though that family wasn’t able to keep me, I am grateful to no longer be hungry and alone. Now, I would love to find a forever home…one that will make sure my belly is always full and that will provide me with unlimited kisses. My foster mom says that I’m super talkative and love nudging people’s legs. My foster mom loves that I’m such a talker because she knows that I used to be alone and now, I know that there are always people who love me that are listening to my stories. If you want to meet me, I might be a bit shy at first but I would love to show you all of my incredible qualities.

I haven’t been around other cats or dogs before but I’m willing to try if you have a special friend for me. I would be good with kids, if given a bit of time to get used to them. Can I talk you into meeting me? If you’re interested, fill out an application for me, Grady, today!

Grady is microchipped, up-to-date on all vaccinations, spayed, and litter box trained.

Grady’s adoption fee is $135. If you are interested in meeting him, please fill out our Online Application today!

Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

  • Age-appropriate vaccines
  • Pre-adoption medical exam
  • A certificate for a free healthy pet exam at one of A.R.F.’s participating veterinarians within 7 days of adoption

If a cat or dog is on our website, it is still available for adoption but might have other applicants. If you find yourself interested in one of our animals, submit a no-commitment application immediately. Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but does get you a head start with the adoption approval process. Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved in approximately 3-5 business days.

We do not schedule meetings until you have an approved application.

A.R.F.-Animal Rescue Foundation does not have a facility where applicants can visit our animals.  The majority of our dogs and cats are brought to adoption events by our volunteers. We invite everyone to come to our events, but we give priority to pre-approved applicants.

If you’re invited to meet an animal:

  • Plan to arrive on time (or early), as we cannot hold animals for any reason.
  • All human household members and dogs (if adopting another dog), must be present in order to be considered as a potential adopter.

Thank you for your interest and cooperation!
